Cutter Bodies provides personal fitness training services to individuals, couples, and groups in the Northern Virginia area.
This area includes: Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, McLean, and Springfield. Our clients travel as far as Maryland and DC just to train with us. So get started today with one of our specials!

We offer fitness training to help you in the following areas:

 

Nutrition
  • Staying hydrated is the most important aspect of performance
  • Decrease portion sizes and consume balanced, portion controlled meals every 2-3 hours for a total of 5-6 daily meals
  • Foods to avoid: fast food, junk food, candies, cakes, etc
  Exercise Tips
  • There is always time and a reason for exercise, we just need to analyze our schedules and plan accordingly
  • Complacency with an exercise routine is the single biggest culprit of stalled progress
  • Emphasize quality over quantity of your exercise session
