- Do I need a Personal Trainer to get results?
No, you don't need a Personal Trainer to see results; however, a Personal Trainer will provide the motivation, inspiration, and assistance
to helping you overcome common problems such as redundancy, improper form, and lack of intensity. Your workout training program is
customized to you achieve your desired goals. A Personal Trainer will know what your strengths and weaknesses are and target them
appropriately.
- How many days a week are necessary?
You should strive to exercise, with a combination of weight training and cardiovascular activity, 20-60 minutes for 3 to
5 days per week for the promotion of good health.

- How long does it take to see results from your Personal Training?
Results will be determined based on your overall fitness goals, but typically, a goal to lose weight and increase body
tone can occur in as little as a few weeks upon following the advice of a Personal Trainer. The further out of shape you are, the faster
you will see results.
- How about just going on a diet instead of training?
Dieting slows your metabolism. Yes, you may lose weight initially, but the loss will come mainly from water and lean body mass,
which is gained back quickly. Muscle mass keeps your metabolism elevated. A modification of eating habits along with a combination
of exercise that includes resistance training is the quickest and safest way to lose weight and feel better.
- What is a typical workout like?
While every program is totally customized, a typical workout at Cutter Bodies will consist of at least 15 minutes of
cardiovascular activity followed by muscular endurance and strength, and flexibility training.
- Should I stay away from exercise if I have heart or other problems?
By no means should you stay away from exercise. Medical experts agree that exercise improves the condition of cardiopulmonary
activity. A proper exercise program will lead to better overall health. Cutter Bodies will work with you to make sure we understand
your physical condition any recommendations provided by your physician.
- Am I too old to exercise?
You’re never too old to exercise. Studies have shown that individuals in there later years can benefit from exercise, and regular
physical activity can be more important in as we age than it is in our youth. People who pursue physical activity into their older years
have been shown to enjoy more years of healthy disability-free life than inactive older people. No matter how old you are, the human body
will react positively to cardiovascular and weight training activity. You don’t have to be a marathon runner to improve your health. Cutter
Bodies will work with you to customize a program based on your physical condition and any recommendation provided by your physician
